will the Equity Happens Investor Academy teach you how to develop and nurture

Power of the Group
One of the secrets to having strategic relationships is to bring some purchasing
power to the table. But how do you do that when you are just a small time
investor? By tapping into the strategic relationships of others! While the
Academy is purely educational and students are under no obligation to patronize
the Academy’s sponsors, the fact is that people who are active in the real
estate business are always looking for investors – and they appreciate working
with people who are educated and clear about what they are looking for.
Educational Focus
Far too many investor clubs feature an endless parade of traveling salesman
hawking expensive boot camps, books, tapes, coaching programs and properties.
While some of their offerings may be perfectly valuable, it is hard to discern
genuine education from sales pitch. At the Equity Happens Investor Academy,
instructors are not permitted to sell any product or service at any educational
event with very rare exceptions. In no case is an instructor allowed to offer
“today and today only”, “limited supply”, or other manipulative tactics to
entice you into buying something without adequate time to give the decision
thoughtful consideration. Moreover, fellow students are also prohibited from
soliciting at educational events, and in the monthly mentoring club, all members
have signed a non-disclosure, non-circumvention and non-solicitation agreement.
Our objective is to create and maintain an educational forum free from hidden
agenda and distasteful sales antics.
